A problem with the app

Tell us what you were doing, what happened and what you expected. Give the app version (at the bottom of the menu) and the page involved. If the app showed an error message, copy it as is.

A question about a subscription or a payment

Cancellation, refund, invoice, plan change: write from your account’s email address, otherwise we cannot check that the account is yours. The terms are in the Terms of Sale.

Your personal data

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: the steps and time limits are in the privacy policy. A request to staff@anga.tv is enough, but most of it is faster from your settings.

A security flaw

If you think you have found a vulnerability, write to us before making it public, with what is needed to reproduce it. We will never go after someone who reports a problem in good faith, without having accessed other people’s data or degraded the service.

Uninstalling

To remove the app and put your PC back the way it was, everything is on the Put my PC back the way it was page.
