A problem with the app
Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and what you expected. Two things save us a lot of time: the version of the app (at the bottom of the menu) and the page involved. If the app showed an error message, copy it as is — even if it looks meaningless to you, it tells us where to look.
A question about a subscription or a payment
Cancellation, refund, invoice, changing plan: write to the same address from the email address on your account, otherwise we cannot check that it is yours. The conditions that apply are in the terms of sale.
Your personal data
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: the steps and the deadlines are described in the privacy policy. A request sent to staff@anga.tv is enough, but most of it is settled faster from your settings.
A security flaw
If you think you have found a vulnerability, write to us before making it public, with what is needed to reproduce it. We will never go after someone who reports a problem in good faith, without having accessed other people’s data or degraded the service.
Uninstalling
If you just want to remove the app and put your PC back as it was, it is all explained on the Put my PC back as it was page — no need to write to us.

Behind the company, development is done solo by AngATV: so I am the one reading the messages and answering them myself. I answer everything, but expect a few days rather than a day — especially during the beta.
