Resizable BAR (ReBAR) — ReBAR and Above 4G must be turned on together. Without Above 4G, the GPU BAR stays capped at 256 MB and ReBAR does nothing.

Secure Boot & TPM — Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot in UEFI mode. Turn on fTPM/PTT first, then set Secure Boot to “Windows UEFI”.
